HOW WILL YOUR INTERIOR BE CREATED?
Initially, you can call me or send me an email. We‘ll sit down over coffee and talk about what you need and how you envision it. We will get to know each other, I will advise, help, show you how many possibilities you have.
If you decide to work with me, we‘ll agree on a schedule and budget together in the next step. I‘ll start working on the project to transfer your dreams onto paper, give them form, make technical designs. We‘ll look at them together, agree on what needs to be improved. Once you approve the design, I will do a breakdown of the materials needed: from paint, tile, flooring, doors, doorknobs, kitchen furniture, taps, buttons, switches and more, to furniture and fabrics. This is where the design stage ends and implementation, the finishing work, begins. I answer the contractor‘s and your questions on an ongoing basis through out the work. Every few days I personally check the quality of the work done. At the end, we collect the work together from the contractor, make any comments and when everything looks as it should, you can start furnishing.
You can also entrust all the works to OMII and collect the keys to the finished apartment. On your behalf I will lead the construction, coordinate the work, order all materials. I understand your needs, I skill fully apply new technologies, I will design responsibly with care for your health, environment, and climate in the interior. I will look after your budget, if you need I will arrange a professional tender for a contractor. You will receive documentation of acoustics in interiors.
